How we use your personal data
Precious Bake Sdn. Bhd. (1349036-A) uses the details you give us only to make and deliver your order, as required by the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
What we collect when you order
- Your name and WhatsApp number, and the date and time you want your cakes.
- For delivery: the address and map pin, and the name and phone number of the person receiving the cakes if you send them to someone else.
- The greeting card message, if you add a card.
Why we use it
To prepare your order, confirm it with you on WhatsApp, deliver it and take payment. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who sees it
- Our team at Lintas Square.
- For delivery, the Grab Express driver receives the name, phone number and address needed to deliver your cakes.
- Our website runs on Cloudflare, whose servers may be outside Malaysia.
Payment
You pay with DuitNow QR from your own banking or e-wallet app. We never ask for card numbers, banking log-ins or passwords.
How long we keep it
- Order details are deleted automatically 60 days after the order.
- Job applications have their own privacy note on our Careers page.
On your phone or computer
Your browser remembers the language you chose, and your last order reference for 3 days so you can find your order page again. We do not use advertising cookies.
Maps and address search
When you search for a delivery address, the text you type is sent to OpenStreetMap address search (Photon and Nominatim). The Google map loads only if you tap Show map here, and Use my location asks your permission first.
